Look At Our School!

Hello!
Today, I've got an exam for Computer Science, so I made this post.
I'm gonna tell you about my school.
My school is Sekolah Budi Utama.
It's in Indonesia, definitely...
But to be exact, here's the address.
Jl. Wijayakusuma 121B, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The school was opened at 17 December 2006.
It has got preschool, kindergarten, primary and junior high classes...that's a lot, right?
So much that they had to make a new building for the preschool and kindergarten classes.
They're actually building a new building for the junior high students right now.
Now, maybe I'll tell you about the school's achievements?
The school has got many achievements in sports (most of the awards would be wushu awards) & linguistics (spelling, storytelling and poem reciting, in Indonesian, English or Chinese).
The school has also got an achievement in academics, but not as much as the athletic and linguistic achievements...probably only one Maths award.
For the arts at my school, there's a lot of awesome stuff.
I was the MC of an event with a stunning angklung performance from my school...I don't think that it's on YouTube, but this is one of the school's performances that IS on YouTube.
Radical, right?
Yeah...the school's musical talents are so awesome.
Oh yeah, you saw the bit at the linguistic achievements stating the languages that were used in the competitions, right?
Well, those languages are placed into the school's curriculum!
So, for the parents that are in Yogyakarta, if you're looking for a school for your beloved son/daughter, Sekolah Budi Utama's your best option.
You won't regret it.
Just go to the address above when there's time...I'd say that you should spare some time for this school.
Alright then, that's just about it, thanks, goodbye and have a nice day!

An Hour Dedicated To The Earth!

Hello!
Everyone, firstly...I'll just say sorry for keeping this blog inactive for some time...I'm just lazy.
But anyways, everyone would know what day it is today...
Saturday.
Yep, but that's WAAAY too obvious.
This Saturday is special, 'cause it's the day for Earth Hour!
The hotel that I'm currently living in hosted a party to celebrate Earth Hour.
There were two games there, one was blowing out candles from a certain distance.
The other one was an egg hunt.
I entered the candle blowing game and obtained a prize, 'cause I won.
Well, in the event, there was a Javanese dance there that was taken from the Ramayana story.
I didn't really see it, 'cause I was busy playing with my iPad...
Well, that's kinda enough for today's report.
For tomorrow, I'll be the MC of an event.
I have my script, now I just need to get it into my head...
Okaaay, that's it for today, thanks, goodbye and have a nice day!

Bad Life Painting...

Hello!
I bet you're wondering about the name's reasoning...
Well, it's because today's a day when things would go wrong for me.
Okay, remember when I said I'd go play paintball?
Well, the bad thing won't be that it got cancelled.
It's just that I keep missing my targets and I keep getting hit...
3 times, actually.
And the hits are truly painful.
A paintball hit my leg and bruised it...
And another thing that makes the title a bit reasonable...
I accidentally dropped my mom's laptop.
Uhhh...could it get worse?
Luckily, that isn't correct.
Okay then, that's all for today, thanks for reading, goodbye and have a nice day!

School Shocker!

Hello!
Sorry for putting this blog down to the ground by being inactive...
But I came and reopened it 'cause at school, there were a few surprises...
Just like the title says.
So the first surprise would be...SPLAT!
Paintball.
Yep, I'mma shoot out some paintballs this Saturday with my friends!
It's planned by the school as a little recreational activity to "wash out" the stress out of our minds.
And another weirdness...maybe "surprise" won't work here.
But this is what happened.
During the last recess session, my teacher suddenly didn't permit me and my friends to get into the class.
But my friends kept going in and out...well, not too many times.
And so, the teacher taped a notice to the door and it reads:
"DO NOT ENTER UNTIL THE BELLS RINGS"
I guess the "bells" bit should be changed?
But for sure, that sparked the curiosity of my friends, so they actually took a peek through the glass.
They said that my teacher is preparing for a game with another teacher, maybe a treasure hunt...
But instead, they prepared a whole box of brownies with candles.
And we talked about the upcoming national exam.
We talked about our difficulties in answering the exam questions.
There's also a little story given by a teacher.
Then, we lit up the candles on the top of the brownies that my teacher prepared.
Afterwards, we took off the upper part of the brownies, 'cause the candles melted.
Then, we ate the brownies...man, those brownies were good.
OK, that's just about it...when I'm writing this...it's almost 10 PM, so I gotta sleep.
Okay, thanks, goodbye and have a nice day!

Some Activities...

Hello!
...I've got a lot of activities to talk about...
(...Why is this the only thing that I'd post about?)
Well, at the 1st of January, I went to Tunjungan Plaza (that's the right spelling, right?) and ate some sushi...my favorite!
My cousins and my aunts + uncles came along.
And my cousins and I were actually playing along...
Man, there was running, trapping and pausing (y'know, just being frozen like a statue)...it was fun.
And the next day, I returned to Yogyakarta...man, I'd prefer to stay, since my cousins are the best.
But my father's friend (the one from Semarang) wants to visit, so they just had to accompany them.
The next day after that, my father's friend arrived to Yogyakarta!
And we ate at my family's best known restaurant for food from the western side of the Earth.
Before that, I ate some chef specials at the hotel...and kinda got some problems with my stomach...that often happens after returning from Surabaya.
The next day, my father's friend, his sons and I went to Fun World, an amusement park.
I think it's my first time...and it wasn't great.
My father's friend has to go there, since he needs to meet a person there.
Well, we could just play, but it was raining outside, so almost all attractions are closed...that's why it wasn't so great (y'know, our visit, I mean).
Before that, we ate at Parsley Restaurant...a favorite place for Chinese food.
And at that day, they went to Magelang...what a short visit.
And I guess this would be the shortest thing I'd write...when it comes to stuff like these.
But I have photos, so I guess it won't be so short.
Oh, right...today, I went to Plaza Ambarrukmo...and I saw my friend...she doesn't get along with me at all...but it's a strange run...it's always like there's always two sides.
And, uh, what's with the cars I see?
Normally, it's just the regular rundown of buses, MPVs and normal family cars, but why is there an Audi R8 parked in front of the basement entrance?
And also something similar with the one at my racing game...weird, that's a retro one...but if there's many old Corolla, then why not?
Now for the photos...
These are the food that my cousins, aunts and uncles ordered at the sushi restaurant (they would be best said as a bistro) at Tunjungan Plaza...man, I'd like them too.
Okay, this would be some ducks that we ate on the way to Semarang...it's at Magelang.
These are some foods that we ate before we went off to Yogyakarta from Surabaya...I'll just link to the place...Bangi Kopitiam...and I can't, the place just got blocked by my antivirus program...Avast!
That piece of software's good...and I should really get back to talking about the other photos.
These are the chef specials that I ate at the hotel...
These are the foods that me, my family and my father's friend's family ate...if I posted these over to Twitter with a certain hashtag, I might just get a free pizza!
Wahoo!
Erm...let's just continue...
These are the foods that I ate at Parsley Restaurant...
And this is what I ate at Plaza Ambarrukmo...to be specific, it's at Molis Resto...it was Pastello, until it underwent a makeover.
For this...this is what my family and my uncle's family ate when we went to Solo...my uncle wanted to buy some batik.
Okay, I guess that's it for today...goodbye, thanks and have a nice day!

Horrible Print Job...

Hello!
Urf...I just finished a pretty hard job...
I'll talk about that...
I'll also talk about what happened two days ago...
So, two days ago, we went to PTC (Pakuwon Trade Center)...
Before we went there, my father went to Madura and ate some food there...to be more specific, he ate ducks.
When we went to PTC, my cousins followed me...which is something that they will always do until I return to Yogyakarta.
There, I played Timezone...I played my favorite game (Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX+) and Mario Kart.
At the time when I played my favorite, a person pressed the MODE CHANGE button, which changed the VS acceptance setting...at that time, I refused VS battles (which is what I'd do every time I'd play) and that person made me play in a battle.
Talk about a privacy breach!
That was just enraging, since I didn't wanna play and that person forced me to.
So, I just took it as fate and played in the Osaka area, which is starting to become my favorite area.
And I didn't take the 1st position, but at least I took the 2nd position and got myself one star.
But still...doing that would be terrible, since I don't wanna play, so don't force it by pressing the MODE CHANGE button.
That really made me angry...as much as an Angry Bird?
Maybe.
And for yesterday, my grandmother was visited by my other cousins, which are still very young...along with my grandfather and his other family.
And my grandmother planned to cook some satay for yesterday and the plan came true.
And an added plan came into motion...a few corn cobs (am I right?) were cooked too.
And yesterday, I was asked to print something...that's why the title's like that.
You'd think..."What's so hard about printing?"
But this time, it's sooo hard.
The first time, I also thought it was just sooo easy too, but after I printed it, my grandfather, which would read the text on the printed image, can't read them.
So I had to print it by splitting it in pieces.
Man, doing so was super hard...
And later on, in the afternoon, I went to Ciputra World with my cousins, my aunts, my uncles and my mother and father...but firstly, we stopped at a Nike store.
There, I ate a corn dog...and those are hard to come by at Indonesia.
Then, my aunt and my uncle (only one of them) went back to their home (which is my grandmother's house) and everyone else goes to Waterplace and we stayed there until today.
At midnight, I saw some fireworks at Waterplace and there was a party there too.
For today, I ate at Crystal Jade...here are the photos of the food.
Here's the Foursquare page...right here.
You should try and eat here, it's a fancy place.
Oh, I'll also tell something that happened at Semarang...
So, when I was at my friend's house, I was going into his room while singing Five For Fighting's 100 Years and when I opened the door, I stopped when I sang the lyric line with Fifteen in it...stopping at Fif...because my friend wasn't in his room.
Then, suddenly, my friend came up and continued the word...and I was so shocked, I just laughed hysterically...probably until I couldn't catch my breath.
And when I came back to Yogyakarta, my mother suddenly got a message from a person claiming to be a representative for a surveying company (Nielsen).
Well, nobody would just suddenly get a message from such a company, so it's strange, right?
Okay, I'm done now, thanks, goodbye and have a nice day!
